On-site events
Event embroidery
We bring the machine to your event and personalize guests' items on the spot, with initials of one to three letters or a design chosen ahead of time.

What's included. Machine setup and operation, embroidery supplies, and on-site personalization throughout the event. Initials can be stitched in a selection of fonts and thread colors, depending on what suits the event.
An example. A three-hour party where fifty guests each have a pair of socks monogrammed comes to $300 for the time plus $250 for the items — $550 in total.
Travel. Anywhere in the greater Phoenix metro area is included, with Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and Tempe closest to home. Further out we can usually still come, with a per-mile travel charge quoted up front.
Booking. Two to three weeks' notice is comfortable for most events. Add about a week if you'd like a logo or a custom design prepared.

Timing. Around seven to ten days for a single piece, and a little longer for a set. We'll always tell you the timing before you commit. If you need something sooner, ask about a rush.
The small print. Pricing is based on standard designs up to approximately 12,000 stitches. Larger or more complex designs may require an additional charge. Customer-supplied items must be clean and ready for embroidery. Exact pricing is confirmed before production begins.
