How a custom order goes

The idea

Tell us what you have in mind

What the piece is, what should go on it, and roughly where it should sit. A photo of something you like helps, and so does a deadline.

The agreement

We confirm everything in writing

The design, the placement, the thread colors, the timing and the exact price. Nothing is stitched until you've said yes to all of it.

The parcel

Stitched, wrapped and shipped

Backing removed so the reverse is as clean as the face, tissue-wrapped and boxed, then on its way — anywhere in the United States.

Start a custom order

Around seven to ten days for a single piece and a little longer for a set — we'll always tell you the timing before you commit, and the finished piece ships anywhere in the United States. Need it sooner? Ask us about a rush.

A personal touch your guests will remember

Live embroidery, made especially for them.

We bring the machine, the thread and the fun to weddings, showers, trunk shows and brand events across the greater Phoenix metro. Your guests pick what they'd like, watch it stitch, and take it home with them.

They choose it

Your guest picks the design, their initials and the thread color. It's theirs before we've stitched a single letter.

They watch it happen

Most people have never seen embroidery being stitched. The table draws a little crowd and keeps it, and the waiting turns into part of the fun.

Made with care

Every design is set up by hand so it stitches beautifully on the fabric it's going on — whether that's a cap, a cotton napkin or a soft knit sock.

Ready to take home

Trimmed, pressed and finished neatly on both sides. It goes home ready to wear or use, not as a project to deal with later.

The events where we love to set up

01

Weddings and showers

Handkerchiefs with the date, robes for the getting-ready photos, welcome bags with every guest's name on them.

02

Brand and corporate events

Launches, conferences and client gifting. We'll have your logo ready ahead of time and match the thread to your colors.

03

Trunk shows and openings

Personalize what someone just bought, before they leave the store. It's a lovely reason for them to come back.

04

Resorts and spas

A welcome table for arriving guests. Hats, totes and robes marked on the spot, right at the start of the stay.

We'll plan it around your guest count

Tell us how many guests you're expecting and how long you have the space, and we'll work it out together — how many pieces, what size, and how long we should stay. It all gets sorted well before the day, so the table runs smoothly and nobody is left waiting.

Bring your own, or leave it to us

Most hosts supply the pieces — socks, hats, totes, napkins, handkerchiefs. We're happy to source and stock them for you instead; just mention it early, because it changes the quote and the timing.

Plan your event

All we need on the day is a table and a standard outlet. Two to three weeks' notice is comfortable — add a week when a logo needs preparing. The first three hours are $300, and event pricing plus the booking FAQ have the rest.
